  I recently went in to buy some fabric and I asked for some help reaching the fabric I needed on the top shelf. The two ladies I asked were both very rude and looked at me as if I had just ruined their whole day. One of them asked if I could find any of the fabric on the lower shelves because she didn't like using the ladder for the top shelf. This is unfortunate because I love buying fabric at this store but after my experience I do not want to return. I will say that a different lady at the check stand was very nice and polite.
